Alzola Inmobiliaria was born from the union of its two members, both with proven experience in both the real estate and economic sectors.

We are talking about Rafael Alzola Moreno, a practicing Real Estate Advisor since 1993, and María Victoria Martín Cabrera, a certified economist, registered number 1847, tax advisor, and collaborator of the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency), who began her career in 1996. With the aim of adapting the existing real estate offering to the growing demands of an increasingly demanding and heterogeneous society, they offer a comprehensive service that responds to the diverse needs of their clients.

Rafael Alzola Moreno, born in Gran Canaria, spent most of his life as a mere spectator of the birth and growth of the tourist areas of the municipalities of Maspalomas and Mogán. Since 1993, he has been your local, expert real estate guide, based in Puerto Rico. Rafael has a deep understanding of the local and global real estate markets and is recognized for his exceptional skills and dedication to providing first-class client service and an unwavering commitment to them.

Rafael, in addition to being an attentive listener, is also a skilled conversationalist in five languages, ensuring that your needs and desires are the focus of attention, ensuring that every decision is made with as much information as possible and leads to the desired outcome.
