Located in the well known complex Anfi Topaz in the beginning of the valley of Tauro. The complex is located just a few meters from the beautiful Anfi Tauro Golf course that offers incredible 65 hectars of land to play on. The new beach Playa de Tauro is within a walking distance and Tauro is a 30 minutes car ride from the airport on Gran Canaria, facing south-west towards the atlantic ocean.

Three bedroom bungalow with spacious in- and outdoor areas. The bungalow has a entrance hall, a living room combined with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a big terrasse and a private garden. It has two complete bathrooms connected to the three bedrooms and one toilet that you access from the hall. The bedrooms are airy and furnished with double beds, wardrobes, night stands and more. All bedrooms are facing the garden and is entered through double sliding doors of glass and have a outdoor storage room in the opposite side of the entrance.The bungalow also have a combined storage room and laundry room that you enter from the hall. The living room is furnished with a big sofa, coffee table and other smaller tables and a couple of lounge chairs. It has a designated dining area with a big dining table and 8 chairs. The wall of sliding doors of glass facing towards the terrasse and garden gives the living room plenty of natural light.
The complex has a communal pool with heated water, and you have private parking just outside the bungalow with space for one car. A restaurant and a mini supermarked is found within the complex, close to the swimming pool.
To enter the complex area by car you need to drive through a road barrier that opens by code.

Outdoor Area
The terrace stretches directly from the living room and bedrooms into the private green garden, and is furnished with both dining and lounge furniture and sunbeds. In addition to the pool, there is an outdoor shower installed on the wall, as well as access to storage room. It is nicely landscaped with planted beds and a private swimming pool. The garden contributes with a relaxing and cosy atmosphere where you can enjoy total privacy or host pleasant gatherings with guests.

Standard
The complex is built in 2001. The entire construction consist of quality material. Throughout the bungalow the floors are marble tiles and walls are painted in bright colors. Kitchen interior is laminated kitchen cabinets and counter top is granite, with a backsplash in marble. The kitchen interior provides a lot of storage space, and is furnished with kitchenware such as fridge, freezer, oven with hob and a microwave. Both bathrooms as well as the toilet in the hall is marble from floor to roof, as well as the bathroom furniture. They both have showers and toilets.
There is built in air condition in the livingroom and bedrooms each have it´s own airconditioner. There is also a central vacuum cleaner in the bungalow.

General information
The communal costs of this complex is approx. 239€ a month. This fee covers maintenance on the complex´ exterior, green spots and the heated pool.
On Gran Canaria you pay IBI, a property tax, normally once or twice a year, and the amount is calculated by the size of the property and land value.
