The building has a whitet façade with dark moldings around windows and doors, as well as window grilles on parts of the windows in the livingroom. It is about 1 minute walk to the complex´s pool, sun terrace and three restaurants. The terrace of the apartment is tiled and in front of the residence facing the road as well as towards the neighboring building is planted a nice, green hedge.

Standard

Construction year 1977. Livingroom has tiled floors and skirting boards against white walls. Bright walls and high ceilings gives you a good feeling of space in this studio apartment.

Tiled bathroom has been refurbished. Downlights in ceiling, new modern furnishing with a bathroom fixture with drawers as well as new showerdoors.
