The purchase of the property entails additional costs over and above the price indicated on this website. These costs amount to approximately 10% of the price. In our office you will be provided with detailed information about the whole operation. These costs are:

- Taxes: MODEL 600- TAX ON PROPERTY TRANSFERS of 6.5% on the reference price for second hand properties (in case of brand new property it will be 7% IGIC).
- Management costs: Notary, Land Registry and administrative management.
